Tuition and Payment Information
At Majestic Strength LLC, we are committed to providing clear and straightforward tuition and payment policies to ensure that every family can manage their dance education expenses without surprises. Here's everything you need to know about our monthly tuition, additional fees, and payment options.
Monthly Tuition Details:
- **Billing Cycle**: Tuition is billed monthly, appearing on your account on the 1st of each month, with payment due by the 1st.
- **Consistent Pricing**: We calculate monthly tuition based on the average number of classes per month. This means your tuition remains consistent, whether there are four or five lessons in a month, and even if the studio is closed for a holiday.
- **Missed Classes**: Please note, we do not offer refunds or prorations for missed classes to ensure fairness and consistency for all students.
- **Auto Pay**: For convenience, we offer an Auto Pay option. This service automatically drafts tuition, costume fees, and administrative fees from your saved credit card on the 1st of each month.
- **Payment Method Requirement**: All accounts, whether on Auto Pay or self-pay, must have a credit card on file with the studio.
- **Late Payments**: If tuition is not paid by the 5th, the credit card on file will be charged the full amount due, plus a late fee, on the 6th.
Additional Fees and Information:
- **Late Fee**: A $50 late fee is applied to accounts not settled by the 5th.
-** Late Fee Reoccurring**: If tuition is not paid within time frame, a $50 fee will be added every 7 days.
- **Recital and Costume Fees**: Specific dates and amounts for recital costume balances will be communicated in advance and automatically withdrawn from the card on file.
- **Drop Fee**: A $60 drop fee is applied if a class is dropped after the 4th of the month.
- **NSF/Returned Check Fee**: A $50 fee is incurred for any returned checks or NSF transactions.
**Studio Closure Dates**: We observe holidays including Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break, Memorial Day, and the 4th of July.
Class Tuition Prices:
$35 Non refundable registration fee due at the 1st of month
$60 per class per student per month
Example: A student taking three classes would pay 180 for the month.
Competition Team Pricing:
$180 a month
$180 covers the competition entry fees (a certain amount of dances) as well as costumes which would initially be $40 a costume.
You have the option of paying 2160 upfront or you can pay $180 monthly.
Additional cost may be required (which will be discussed).
Dancewear:
- **Ballet shoes, tap shoes, and Tights**: Available at front desk, ensuring all our dancers are comfortably and appropriately dressed for success.
